Any interview, whether it be with a recruitment Adviser or prospective employer, is your chance to showcase your talent. With this in mind it is important to:

Prepare	Prepare your resume carefully and be ready to answer both general and very specific questions.
Assess	Know yourself. Examine your skills, interests, strengths, and goals. Be ready to relate them to the job for which you are applying.
Research	Know about the company. It will help you ask informed questions and enable you to get the most from your interview. Review their website, read magazine articles and professional journals, talk to people in the industry to gain insight into the business.
Be Professional	Send a positive non-verbal message, including appropriate eye contact and professional body language. Dress accordingly.
